Presbytery Meeting Highlights
The Presbytery met on zoom on November 9.
Here are the Highlights:
- Moderator David Young shared thoughts on 1 Kings 19 and in small groups participants discussed the question “For you, what is the ‘it’ that God is in the midst of?”
- The Presbytery recognized two retirements – Rev. Claire Pula and Rev. Joicy Becker Richards
- Approved position description for the Committee on Representation
- Approved the 2022 budget including a per capita of $40.
- Approved a Resourcing and Support/Stated Clerk Position
- Approved a slate of Nominations for Presbytery teams beginning January 2022
- Installed Rev. Tracey Henry as moderator and Rev. Tom Brown as Vice Moderator
