FROM THE BOARD OF PENSIONS:

Due to the holiday and vaccine-related delays in the USPS, some members have not received their cards as yet.

One may obtain a temporary card, as well as manage the account, through the Express Scripts website.

To access the website, please log into Benefits Connect https://logon.pensions.org/

Using the drop down tabs, under “My Benefits” please select “Medical”.

In the “Medical” panel, in the lower right hand corner, there is a text box labeled “Service Provider”.

Please select the link  “Express Scripts (Prescription Drug)”.

This will link to the Express Scripts website, which will be preloaded with one’s member information.

Under the drop down tab “Account”, please select “Member ID Card”, to download a temporary card.

Other drop down tabs will navigate the site; however, under the “Help” tab, the “FAQs & Contact Us” page provides quick direction to the various options available on the website.
