What is Missional Giving?
The Presbytery Missional Giving is the vehicle by which our faith, cares, and passions for Spiritual and Disciple Formation are broadcasted into the world.
As a connectional system and communities of faith we are called to work together to nurture and sow the seeds of faith and hope with God’s people, especially the younger generation.
We do not have to do this work alone. Together we can share the story of the God’s love and hope for all people. Your contribution to the Presbytery Missional Giving makes a difference in connecting with people of all ages and supporting them in their discipleship journey of faith both near and far.
Your 2023 Missional Giving Contributions focus on:
Young Leader Formation
Pastoral and Congregational Support and Leadership
What is Per Capita?
The purpose of the Presbytery and other Mid Councils is to help congregations and the Church, as a whole in their work of mission, ministry and transformation of the world. (F-3.01). The Presbytery is a community of the congregations supporting each other in mission and ministry.
Per Capita is the financial expression of our mutual support for each congregation’s work in transforming the world.
Per Capita is equitable and mutually beneficial for all congregations. It is theologically cohesive with our polity and supports resources and care that we cannot provide on our own.
