Personnel Committee Training – The Personnel Policy

All congregations have some kind of “employment” relationship with someone even if everyone is a volunteer.  There is always some sort of aspect of employment that needs to be managed in order to ensure that the congregation is in compliance with both Presbyterian Polity and other state/federal laws.

All congregations need a Personnel Committee.  All congregations need a Personnel Policy.

The Presbytery of the Highlands will be presenting a workshop on developing and refining your Personnel Policy on February 24, via ZOOM from 7 to 8 pm.

Deadline to register is Wednesday, February 23, 2022 – 5:00pm.
