We are pleased to announce the launch of Pastor Ellen Clémot’s book Discerning Welcome. Ellen Clémot, is a lawyer and the Senior Pastor at the Presbyterian Church of Chatham Township. Dr. Clémot’s book was published in March of this year and addresses the morality of border walls, the laws of citizen and resident alien, refugee, and stateless persons, and practical applications of welcome of newcomers joining the community.

It offers an ethical path for congregations and communities to show neighbor love and refugee welcome at a time of the world’s great need.
