Challenge Three: Track Essentials “ How Are We Doing on our Foundational Functions?”

What is a Manual of Administration or Manual of Operations? What is the best way to develop manual? Who needs to have access to the information? How to do we collect this information? What questions should we be asking? How has the Pandemic changed we do the work of the church? Do we need to capture those changes in our manual of operations?

These questions will be answered and discussed  on Thursday, February 23 from 7 to 8:30 Via Zoom.

You will receive a check list for your manual of operations and helpful ideas for getting started or updating what you already have.

You do not have to have completed the first two challenges to participate in this workshop.
