There are teachers all over New Jersey preparing for another year. The last two plus years have challenged and tried our educators. We pray that as they prepare for a new school year may they calm, resources and support for the essential and most significant work they do for our children and our communities.

Gracious God,

We lift up our teachers across the districts and communities.  Grant them an abundance of wisdom as they face a new school year. Let their hearts be open to sharing the joy of learning with our children.  Help us to show respect, patience, and care to teachers. They have many distractions pushed at them. Let us not be one more.  Give hem grace to encourage and strengthen all students especially those who aren’t thriving in the learning environment.  Let them teach with courage and confidence.

Bless them Lord and may they experience and see how their work impacts so many lives and minds. Amen.
